An energizing, low impact, total body workout designed to increase flexibility, balance, stamina and stability. This class blends pilates with dance, cardio and strength training and is powered by upbeat music; suitable for all levels.
Attire: Comfortable workout attire that conforms to the body and stays in place i.e., yoga leggings or pants, tank top or shirt. Pilates Barre is practiced barefoot.
Pilates Barre is a 1-hour class that meets on Mondays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Classes begin October 3, 2016.
