A mind-body practice combining sustained poses with movement and breath to develop flexibility, balance, strength and relaxation; suitable for all levels. Students must have their own yoga mat in order to participate in class.
Attire: Comfortable workout attire that conforms to the body and stays in place i.e., yoga leggings or pants, tank top or shirt. Yoga is practiced barefoot.
Yoga is a 1-hour class that meets on Mondays from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Classes begin October 3, 2016.
